100% Cotton Pestemal Towel, 100cm x 180cm Pestemal towels are an essential part of Turkish Bath tradition since centuries. Today these towels became very popular not only because of their practical thin and light nature, but also due to their amazing colors and patterns which makes them especially remarkable.
 
These pestemal towels are made from 100% Turkish cotton, handwoven with historical devices and years of expertise in Turkey. They are ideal for sauna and hammam and we see an increase of purpose of use on different occasions such as wrap, beach and bath towel. Our Pestemal hammam towels and blankets are produced with a historical technique that requires machinery left from 16th century. Cotton strings are local production and are colored with an old but healthier ingredient called 'root color' made of flower leaves and plant roots.
